Juniper Talley (she/they), PNP is a person with a deep sense of service, adventure, and humor. A long-time Alaska resident, Juniper brings a unique approach to supporting care. With extensive career experience spanning from the Emergency Department, flight nursing, OB, pediatrics, and mental health, fostering and cultivating whole person connectedness is paramount for supporting healing and change.
Curiosity about trauma responses in the body prompted Juniper to set off on a journey of discovery. She obtained her Mental Health Nurse Practitioner license (PMHNP) in 2023 through the University of Alaska Anchorage. She completed individual ketamine assisted psychotherapy(KAP) training through PRATI and group training through Katya Calhoun. She received a certificate in Psychedelics Today’s year long VITAL training program for psychedelic assisted therapy (PAT). She has completed Brainspotting level 1 training, and CBT for gender affirming care. Her approach and ethos come through a trauma informed lens of meeting people where they are with encouragement, humor, and decolonized language. She draws inspiration from the work of Martha Rogers grand theory-The Science of Unitary Beings, and Linda Thai, trauma therapist and educator.
When not engaged in patient centered care, or contemplating altered states of consciousness for planetary healing, juniper can be found creating ASMR and yoga nidra recordings while wandering around in the woods forest bathing with her Cardigan Welsh Corgi Omar. She also likes to organize dance events for her community, volunteer for various organizations, and provide space for Sunday community saunas.
Her mantra or quote is: courage through connection

Sam Norman
RN
Sam Norman is an RN (2001) who has been practicing hands-on, root-cause healing since 2015, when she received her training in the John Barnes Myofascial Release method and completed her Ayurvedic Health Counselor Certification. Her work is grounded in the Ayurvedic understanding that we are woven together from three subtle energy bodies, mind, and physical form — and that true healing means addressing all of these layers, not just the symptom in front of us.
Over the years Sam developed MyVeda Body Therapies — her signature blend of myofascial release and subtle energy work, informed by a thorough Ayurvedic lens. She begins with clients’ history and lived patterns to understand where imbalance in body, mind, or spirit may have taken root, then works hands-on to help release what the body has been holding. Sam’s approach has a profound effect on the mind and emotions, and she uses it as a treatment modality to help clients heal scar tissue, chronic pain, and autoimmune disease, while also offering practical, day-to-day guidance for lasting change.
At Ketwell, Sam brings this same root-cause, body-based approach to complement the clinic’s work — supporting clients in releasing what the body holds and integrating their experience on a somatic level.

Ayurvedic medicine teaches that we are so much more than a body and mind. We are also composed of three subtle energy bodies that weave together with the mind and the physical body to create our wholeness as a human. MyVeda is a blend of myofascial release and subtle body energy work. Sam began her training in myofascial release with the John Barnes method in 2015 and has built her sessions around his framework of the body holding stories and patterns within it that can be released when we hold space for it. MyVeda can have a profound effect on the mind and emotions and is used as a treatment modality to help heal scar tissue, chronic pain, and autoimmune disease.
Intake/new client: this 2-hour session includes a complete Ayurvedic intake — a thorough history that helps you understand and discover where imbalances in body, mind, or spirit may have started, so we can get to the root of the disease process rather than just managing symptoms. During the 2-hour sessions, we will start with a 1:1 discussion helping you to understand your constitution and imbalances. After our discussion, we transition into our somatic & energy work session. After our time together, you’ll receive a personalized care plan of small, sustainable shifts to your day-to-day life that can have a profound effect on your overall well-being
